Sarah knew from an early age that she wanted a career in the medical field. This was achieved with career choices as a PSW, Certified Trauma Therapist, Life Coach, Personal Trainer and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). With over 25 years of client focused care and education, Sarah brings all of that knowledge to effectively assist and heal her clients mind, body and soul. Combining years of education as well as real life experience, Sarah brings reassurance to her clients that they are in excellent hands.

Sarah became an RMT in 2012 after graduating from Westervelt College in London, Ontario. She focused her practice on chronic and acute clinical care in clinics and hospital settings. In 2016, she travelled to Vietnam where she worked with Buddhist monks on various massage techniques and healing meditation. From there she ventured to the Yucatan Jungles to manage an off grid village, where she had the opportunity to study ancient Aztec healing methods.

As a seasoned therapist, Sarah combines all modalities, with her clinical education to give her patients the optimum healing experience possible. She is trained in deep tissue and facial release to treat chronic conditions. She is down to earth, nurturing and compassionate while keeping it real and honest. Sarah brings years of medical knowledge and management experience. She is currently working towards being certified as a Matrix Repatterner, with a goal to change how pain is dealt with in health care.
