Ashley has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2018. She attended the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Georgian College, graduating with honors. Ashley has gained extensive experience working alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors, in settings ranging from clinics to nursing homes, treating the geriatric population and a wide array of athletes. She grew up playing hockey and lacrosse, even spending two seasons with Team Ontario Lacrosse. After dealing with her own sports‑related injuries, her passion for the medical field blossomed—she knew she wanted to help others.

Brandon Jim is a Resident Physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Brock University. His clinical experience includes musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation in both hospital and private practice settings. Before becoming a Resident Physiotherapist, Brandon worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant, gaining hands-on experience guiding patients through individualized exercise programs to support recovery and functional progression. Brandon is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred, and evidence-based care to help individuals restore function and achieve their personal goals. Dr. Tessa Lam attended the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) where she studied kinesiology and was introduced to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) bridge program during her freshman year. In June 2018, Dr. Lam became the first person to graduate from the UOIT-CMCC bridge program which allowed her to complete a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Kinesiology degree and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in seven years, instead of eight.

Dr. Lam’s objective is to help her patients reach their health goals through individualized, evidenced-based care. She uses a variety of techniques such as spinal and extremity manipulations/mobilizations, acupuncture, myofascial release, rehabilitation exercises, kinesio tape, and modalities.

At the age of 15, Dr. Lam was first introduced to field lacrosse and has been playing ever since. During her three years at UOIT, Dr. Lam was the goalie for the Women’s Lacrosse team. She was awarded UOIT’s Lacrosse Freshman Athlete of the Year 2011-2012, and Lacrosse MVP 2012-2013 and 2013-2014. Kelvin is a physiotherapist after having graduated from the University of Queensland in Australia with a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies. Before returning to Canada, Kelvin spent several years in a musculoskeletal clinic in Australia, treating various sport and work injuries, as well as managing rehabilitation post-operatively and following a motor vehicle accident.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Kelvin received an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences as well as a certificate for Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling from York University in Canada. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Kelvin has worked with a wide variety of people including those with chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension as well as firefighters and the top ice hockey prospects in the world at the 2014 NHL entry draft combine.

Kelvin has worked with numerous sports teams including rugby, basketball, soccer, volleyball and cricket. Some noteworthy teams that he has worked with include FC Barcelona Academy Australia and team Canada’s U23 women’s basketball team at the 2022 Global Jam. This has given Kelvin experience in the acute management of injuries. Despite this sporting background, Kelvin equally enjoys working with patients with chronic conditions such as neck pain and low back pain.

Kelvin’s academic background and training have provided him with an excellent understanding of the human body and its movement. Further advanced training in anatomical acupuncture has led to Kelvin incorporating this into his holistic approach of utilizing hands on skills along with exercise programs for the management of various conditions.

Adriana graduated from Robert Gordon University in Scotland in 2021 with a Masters in Physiotherapy (MScPT). In 2015, she graduated with Honours from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She was previously a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and was the former kinesiologist for the clinic (formerly Whitby Civic Physiotherapy Centre) from 2015-2018.

Adriana aims to help her patients through a holistic, collaborative and evidence- based approach. She uses techniques such as mobilizations, soft tissue release, rehabilitation exercises, kinesio tape and modalities. She has a passion for helping others with a focus on athletic, orthopaedic and chronic conditions.

She is also a member of the British Association of Teachers of Dancing. Adriana is actively involved with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada, Ostomy Toronto, as well as advocating for invisible disabilities.

Outside of work, Adriana enjoys dancing, movies, working out, hiking, sports and spending time with family and friends.
