Jennifer is passionate about keeping people active and able to participate in the daily activities that are meaningful to them. Her treatment revolves around empowering patients and equipping them with the information needed to help injuries heal and to prevent recurrence. During assessments, Jennifer gets to the root cause of pain and injury by identifying the specific structure(s) at fault and creates a treatment plan tailored to restoring balance and regaining strength, mobility and function. Jennifer has additional training in Concussion management and is also rostered with the College of Physiotherapists to perform Acupuncture. In her spare time, Jennifer can be found doing anything and everything outdoors, particularly hiking or bike riding with her husband, son and two dogs.

Ashley has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2018. She attended the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Georgian College, graduating with honors. Ashley has gained extensive experience working alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors, in settings ranging from clinics to nursing homes, treating the geriatric population and a wide array of athletes. She grew up playing hockey and lacrosse, even spending two seasons with Team Ontario Lacrosse. After dealing with her own sports‑related injuries, her passion for the medical field blossomed—she knew she wanted to help others.

As an RMT, Ashley provides a safe space for every client, working hard to deliver individualized treatment plans. Her practice focuses on Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger‑point therapy, stretching, cupping, pediatrics, and prenatal massage. Dr. Tessa Lam attended the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) where she studied kinesiology and was introduced to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) bridge program during her freshman year. In June 2018, Dr. Lam became the first person to graduate from the UOIT-CMCC bridge program which allowed her to complete a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Kinesiology degree and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in seven years, instead of eight.

Dr. Lam’s objective is to help her patients reach their health goals through individualized, evidenced-based care. She uses a variety of techniques such as spinal and extremity manipulations/mobilizations, acupuncture, myofascial release, rehabilitation exercises, kinesio tape, and modalities.

At the age of 15, Dr. Lam was first introduced to field lacrosse and has been playing ever since. During her three years at UOIT, Dr. Lam was the goalie for the Women’s Lacrosse team. She was awarded UOIT’s Lacrosse Freshman Athlete of the Year 2011-2012, and Lacrosse MVP 2012-2013 and 2013-2014. Dr. Lam continues to be an active member of the Lady Blue Knights Lacrosse Club as a player, goalie coach, and Chair of the board. She is also the assistant coach at Ontario Tech University.
